The Acting Children and Young People's Commissioner in Jersey is Andrea Le Saint. Her job is to promote and protect children’s rights.
The Office of the Children's Commissioner works in a number of areas to promote and protect children's rights and to support the Commissioner in her role.
The Youth Advisory Panel advises, supports and challenges the Children’s Commissioner to ensure she is working effectively to provide the best outcomes for children and young people.
The Adult Advisory Panel works alongside the Youth Advisory Panel to challenge, guide and support the Children’s Commissioner.
The Audit and Risk Advisory Panel make sure that arrangements have been put in place to ensure that the Office of the Children’s Commissioner is properly managed and governed.
