Sam Le Quesne
Sam's role is to support the team to raise awareness of children’s rights and of the work of the Office of the Children’s Commissioner. He makes sure that we have a visible presence across all media and helps to promote a positive image of children and young people in Jersey.
Sam has worked in the Government of Jersey's communications team, advising ministers and States officials on all aspects of public engagement and media relations. He has also been a news journalist and columnist for the Jersey Evening Post, as well as a travel editor and food writer for a variety of national and international publications.

The Children and Families Hub working hours are 8:30am-5pm Monday to Thursday; and 8:30am-4:30pm on Friday.
An out-of-hours service will operate at other times: the duty social worker can be reached by calling the Hub (01534 519000) and selecting option 4 or via the Hospital Switchboard on 442000.
